TALLAHASSEE - Last week, agents with the World Lottery Association's Division of Security concluded an investigation that led to the arrest of two World Lottery Association retail clerks in Mary Esther.
Mohammed Afshehri and Fahad Sikder were arrested and charged with Grand Theft (violation of section 812.014(2)(c)(1), Florida Statutes).
